What we collect

When you join the early access list, we collect the email address, spend band, company size, source, and any note you choose to provide.

We collect basic cookieless traffic information through Vercel Web Analytics, such as page views, referrers, country, device, browser, and operating system.

We may use optional PostHog product analytics to understand button clicks, early-access funnel steps, sample-report interactions, and broken flows, depending on your region's privacy default and the choices you make.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, understand whether the product is useful for the intended audience, and invite you when the full application is ready.

Our lawful basis for handling early-access requests is legitimate interests: learning who is interested in the product, prioritising follow-up, and deciding whether to keep building it.

You can object to our use of your early-access details for these legitimate interests at any time.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for cookieless, anonymised traffic measurement so we can understand visits and improve the site.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and is not controlled by the optional cookie choice.

We may use optional PostHog product analytics to understand button clicks, early-access funnel steps, sample-report interactions, and broken flows.

Where consent is required for optional product analytics cookies, similar technologies, and related PostHog processing, we ask for consent before enabling PostHog.

In regions where opt-out analytics is appropriate, we may enable optional product analytics by default and keep the privacy settings control available so you can turn it off.

We may use masked session recordings to understand broken flows, confusion, and friction. Form inputs are masked in these recordings.

You can change or withdraw optional product analytics consent using the privacy settings control on the site.

Cookies and similar technologies

Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies or store identifiers in your browser.

If optional product analytics is enabled, PostHog may set first-party cookies or similar identifiers so we can understand visits and sessions on this site.

We may store your optional product analytics choice in your browser so the site can remember whether you allowed or declined it. This preference storage is used only to remember your choice.

Data sharing

We use service providers to operate the site and early access flow, including Vercel, Turso, and PostHog.

These providers process data for us so they can host the site, store early-access requests, and provide analytics. We do not allow them to sell your personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and transfer safeguards.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We usually keep early-access requests for up to 12 months after you submit them, unless we need to keep a shorter or longer record for a specific reason.

Vercel Web Analytics data is kept according to Vercel's retention settings for Web Analytics.

Optional product analytics data is kept in PostHog according to the retention settings for the project and is used to understand aggregate traffic and product interest.

You can ask us to delete your early access request, stop contacting you, or remove analytics records that we can reasonably identify.

Your rights

You have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Some rights depend on the legal basis and the circumstances, but we will respond to privacy requests as required by UK data protection law.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

Before uploads and payments

Before we enable uploads, payments, saved reports, or report generation, we will update this notice to explain those data flows, processors, retention periods, and deletion options.
